Squidoo.com had a contest for artists to create a character that lens designers could choose to replace the default "scary/ugly" squid. "Squidee" was my entry, and he won!

I was trying to go for something cute and cartoony (since everyone didn't like the scary/ugly version) but that would work for merchandising and branding as well as a variety of sizes, and that would work nicely as a vector image as well.
